The study, titled’ Yoga a highly effective approach for self management of stress-related troubles and wellbeing throughout Covid 19 lockdown: A cross-sectional study’, has been printed in the journal’ Plos One’. It was completed by a group of scientists from the National Resource Centre for Value Education in Engineering (NRCVEE) at IIT D.
